Yes. RentalPoint can track selected assets individually by barcode or QR code and manage other products by quantity. That makes it suitable for mixed fleets containing machines, attachments, industrial equipment and tool inventory.
Maintenance issues and downtime can be recorded against an asset. Preparation and de-preparation periods also reserve equipment while inspections, cleaning or workshop work are completed.
With the Multi Location add-on, teams can transfer equipment between branches or warehouses. Cross-rentals and product alternatives provide additional ways to cover shortages.
